MX-1 Humanoid
I give you my latest robot, the MX-1 Humanoid.It is made from two Nxt 2.0 sets plus some other bits from other sets i have. The MX-1 Humanoid can do several things: 1 - It can drive forward, backwards and turn on the spot using tank (skid) steering. 2 - The whole upper body can tilt forward and Back. 3 - There is a zamor gun on one side (and yes this is the basic gun from NXT programs). 4 - On the other side there is a claw that can open and close. It has rubber bits at the end for better grip. 5 - The ipod on its front can give me a live video feed using skype and it is positioned so that i can see just the very side of the claw so i can see what im picking up. 6 - There is a small removable towbar on the back so you can pull a trailer. 7 - The ultrasonic sensor detects objects in front of it. 8 - The two colour sensors light up a dark room and they can also measure the light of a room.10 - And finally the IR reciever on the back of the head allows me to control the robot from an IR remote. No video or program sorry because one of my NXT's is broken and im waiting for a replacment from lego. Feel free to use any of the bits from this robot as long as you give me some credit.
