The White Duck
I have built a NXT Duck (scale 1:1), which looks and behaves like a real Duck.
For the looks I used ordinary Lego bricks and slopes.
To give the Duck the behaviour of a real Duck, it’s important that the Duck reacts on her neighbourhood and other animals. So the Duck can walk by herself. When she does this she evade objects (with ultrasonic sensor) and yellow marked places (with colour sensor). When she sees a blue line (with her colour sensor), she follows the line to her nest. In her nest she lays her eggs.
There where two eggs hatched out. I built these two duck chickens with Lego power functions.

Lay an egg when she has found her nest. (controlled by motor A) 8.White Duck shape & looks sculptured with Lego bricks; mainly white plates, bricks and tiles 9.
