NXT Gymnast
NXT Gymnast is a very simple robot, but performs extremely well.
There are 2 motors for the arms, and 2 for the legs, but the NXT has only 3 ports, one leg is powered.
The Ultrasonic sensor is just to make it look like an humanoid.

The program

I had to break the program in 2 blocks, just because I wasn't able to upload the file. I think there is a problem with upload files bigger than 4 Mb.
