NXTLOG Terms of Service
No purchase is necessary.
The LEGO Group is not responsible for lost, distorted or misdirected uploads to the NXTLOG website.
The NXTLOG Moderation Team will need to review your project before it is published on the NXTLOG website. All models and files uploaded must be your own original design. Your submission must not show human beings or any competing products or products of other companies. After your project has been screened by the NXTLOG Moderation Team, the project will be published on the NXTLOG website on LEGO.com. The only information accompanying your published project on the NXTLOG website will be your LEGO username and items you uploaded to include with your project: images, image names, descriptions, .rbt programming files, video files, and other files.
Projects, that in our opinion, are considered indecent, obscene, excessively violent, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, invasive to another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, are not acceptable and will not be posted.
It is against the LEGO Group's online policy to upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
It is against the LEGO Group's online policy to upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
If it is discovered that you have submitted a project that violates the LEGO Company's policies, the project will be removed and your account on LEGO.com may be cancelled without prior notice.
Please be aware that your project, as well as any ideas, concepts, know-how, suggestions or techniques contained in your project, including, but not limited to feedback, or any communication which you send to the LEGO Group as part of your project submission (“Your Material”), becomes public knowledge and, therefore, the LEGO Group reserves the right to use Your Material, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling products using your Material. Also other LEGO members will be able to see and use your Material if you have chosen to submit it to the NXTLOGS website.
Models built “online” and/or via software can have technical features and functionalities included (i.e. smoke, light etc.) in the “online”- and/or in the software version of such products, which are not included in the actual products when purchased.
