NXT Jedi 2.0 is the sequel to my original NXT Jedi. It is easier to program, build, and customize to your liking.

Heres the video, LXF and program.

Customization

You can customize your robot easily by: adding a head with an ultrasonic sensor, putting a jedi robe on him (that would be really cool), and whatever you think would make it look cool. If you have 2 NXT's, then you could have battles, you could make an opponent like a battle droid for the jedi to destroy, the possibilities are almost endless.

Before and After

as you can see in the pictures, I have completely changed my jedi from what it was before. Then it was large, clumsy, and didn't have a big attack range. Now it is compact, sturdy, and has a very large attack range. The new one also is quite a lot easier to build and program.

  • I'm sorry that it doesn't work. However, the point of lego mindstorms is to make things your own. so maybe you could try and program it yourself, it is not that hard.

  • #1legolover2: The reason the MyBlocks aren't working is because you need to put them up so other people can download them. The program includes the MyBlocks, but not the programming that makes up the MyBlocks, so people who download the program also need to download the MyBlocks. ;)

Also, nice robot! It would be better with an ultrasonic sensor, so it could see you if you got too close. Still, it's fun to watch the 'lightsaber' twist, turn, and swing.

  • Cool, but I don't think you could get a good fight out of it. The reason is because it could make a move, while either you or the other robot could strike. And it can't block, unless you have both robots coordinating their attacks, like when they make movies.
Also, do what Legolover-361 said if you want people to download the program.

  • This was very well done. you even got the moves right if you have 2 NXT's you should put them to battle
