The 15 finalists will be flown to California to participate in the finals that are taking place on the 23rd of July 2012.
The finalists are from Swaziland, Ukraine, Spain, Malta, India, Canada and USA. Click here to read about the finalists and their projects.

What is Google Science Fair?
Google Science Fair is the first ever global online science competition for 13-18 year old students. Last year thousands of students from 91 countries were represented. Out of the thousands - 15 finalists were selected to come to the Google headquarters and participate in the Google Science Fair competition. 3 girls were the winners and besides the great prizes they also received an invitation to visit President Barack Obama in the White house.
