Texas Longhorn Cattle are resting peacefully in the shade away from the hot Texas Sun as I ‘safely observe’ from the Western Heritage Pavilion a short distance away. These large bovine are part of the ‘NASA Longhorn Project’ educating students in this legendary Texan breed.
